But his path to happiness and fulfillment didn’t come easy and has been filled with many obstacles, heartaches, and challenges.

Born and raised in the Lone Star state, Justin got into trouble at a young age and developed a drug addiction that would lead to serious convictions and prison time. Facing the possibility of a lifetime behind bars and experiencing a heartbreaking loss, Justin fell
to his knees, asking for help from the only one who could help him from above.

He knew that he owed it to himself and his family to do better and never wanted to feel the type of loss he felt again. Once released, Justin decided to rebuild his life the right way. But unfortunately, he quickly learned that it would not be easy and found that society can be a bit unforgiving.

Faced with serious rejection and judgment for his mistakes, Justin found it hard to find adequate work. Then Justin, like many in his predicament, sought a position in the oil industry, and a new beginning for his life was created. In 4 short years, Justin worked his way up to a supervisor position and was enjoying a new career when an injury to his lower back caused him to be out of work, out of money, and unsure
what to do next.

Then, one evening, a chance encounter gave Justin a new opportunity that would not only help him discover his passion for sales but also his purpose in life. Now 18 years sober and the owner of Lone Star Boys Contracting and WH Custom Homes, LLC, Justin spends his freedom staying focused on what he can create instead of what people tell
him he can’t start because of his past.

He has made it his mission to help residents in the state he loves to create a home they love. “I saw what it was like to give someone their dream bathroom, dream floor, dream kitchen and the level of happiness and joy it brought to their lives when they got what they wanted. It is
one of the best feelings in the world,” Justin says.
