Overcoming Trauma to Spiritually Intelligent Leadership with Dr. Yosi Amram, Ph.D.
A clinical psychologist, executive coach, and pioneering researcher in spiritual intelligence, Dr. Yosi Amram, Ph.D., works with CEOs to enhance leadership power by tapping into and developing one’s purpose, passion, and authentic presence and by creating and mobilizing deeper meaning through work.
Growing up in a Jewish home in war-stricken Israel, Dr. Amram was exposed at an early age to religious fundamentalism, war, and the trauma that comes with them both.
Not only a bystander to it all but Dr. Amram was also drafted and served in the Israeli Air Force for three years.
His desire for a more compassionate and humane leadership approach ignited through his military service.
With an MBA from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University, Dr. Amram differentiates spiritual intelligence from religious beliefs. He leverages his past experiences and incorporates them into his work with individuals, couples, and groups dealing with trauma-related experiences.
The author of the new book Spiritually Intelligent Leadership: How to Inspire by Being Inspired provides a compelling roadmap that equips leaders with the means to connect with the true source of their authentic power and presence deep within themselves.
Listen in as Dr. Amram and I sit down to discuss his time in Israel, how he overcame trauma to help others do the same, his new book, and the spiritual path that has led him to find his way to FEARLESS HAPPYNESS!
